How to reorder PDF pages
- Choose the PDF.
- Drag a page to its new place, or use the arrows under it. Reverse order flips the whole document.
- Press Save new order and download the PDF.
Putting pages in order
Pages end up in the wrong order all the time: double-sided scans, documents assembled from several sources, a signature page that belongs at the end. Here you see every page as a thumbnail and move it where it belongs.
The new PDF is built by copying the pages in your order. Nothing on the pages is changed, and links, text and images come through intact.

- Combining several files in a particular order? Merge PDF lets you order the files first.
- After reordering, Add page numbers so the order is visible on paper.
Questions
Can I reorder pages without a mouse?
Yes. Every page has Move earlier and Move later buttons you can reach with Tab and press with Enter or Space. On a phone, tap the arrows.
How do I reverse a scanned document?
Press Reverse order. That fixes stacks that went through the scanner last page first.
Does reordering change the pages?
No. Pages are copied as they are into the new order, so quality is unchanged.
Can I also delete or rotate pages here?
This tool only changes the order. Use Remove pages or Rotate PDF before or after.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The previews and the reordered file are made in your browser.
