Checking today's free server jobs…

Public pages only (no logins or private networks). Only files from the page's own address are loaded. Processed on our server, then deleted. 10 free server jobs a day per person, shared by all server tools. More: the HTML to PDF API (paid per call).

How to save a web page as a PDF

  1. Paste the page's address, for example https://example.com/article.
  2. Choose the paper size and orientation, and whether to keep background colours.
  3. Press Convert to PDF, then download the file.

How a web page becomes a PDF here

Our server starts a fresh, sandboxed copy of the Chromium browser, opens the address you gave, waits for the page to finish loading and prints it to PDF with your paper size and orientation, the same way your browser's Print dialog would. The browser can reach only that one site, never private networks, and is thrown away after each job.

Tips

  • Reader-friendly pages, such as articles with a print view, give the cleanest PDFs.
  • Want several pages in one file? Convert each one, then join them with Merge PDF (in your browser).
  • Need the text rather than a PDF? HTML to Markdown converts pasted HTML on your device.

Questions

What happens to the address and the PDF?

Your browser sends the address to our server, where a sandboxed browser opens the page and prints it to PDF; the PDF is sent straight back to you. The page and the PDF exist on the server only while the job runs and are deleted the moment it ends. We don't store the PDF, and we never log the address you converted.

Why do some pictures or styles go missing?

For safety, our server's browser only loads files from the page's own address. Images, fonts and styles served from other domains, such as a separate image CDN, are left out. Articles and simple pages usually print well; heavily designed sites can look plainer than in your browser.

Can it save a page I'm logged in to?

No. Our server opens the page as a new visitor with no cookies or login, and it can't reach private networks. For a page behind a login, use your browser's own Print, then Save as PDF.

What do the options do?

Paper size and orientation set the page format. Print backgrounds keeps background colours and images, as on screen; turn it off for a cleaner, ink-saving printout. Margins are 10 mm on each side.

Is there a limit?

10 free server jobs a day per person, shared by all of our server tools. Only jobs that succeed count, and the count resets at midnight UTC. Very long pages can go over the size limit and fail. For more, the HTML to PDF API is paid per call.

What is the human check?

Before a job runs, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using the tool. It is usually invisible; sometimes it asks you to tick a box.
