Prices are per call as listed, in USD, not a measure of accuracy. Calls differ in how many names they take: several listings cap a call at 10 or 20 names, one at 50, and some take a single name. A per-call price is therefore not a per-name price, and for batches Tanod's per-name rate is the figure to compare.

Method

Where Tanod fits

POST /v1/domain/availability takes 1 to 50 names per call and answers each as available, registered or unknown with the evidence: the registry's RDAP answer and a DNS NS lookup. It costs USD 0.0005 per name, minimum USD 0.002 per call, paid in USDC on Base or Polygon with x402. The answer says a name looks free, not that you can buy it: premium and reserved names can look the same. The MCP tool is check_domain_availability at https://tanod.dev/mcp. Details are in the domain availability guide.
