These terms cover tanod.dev and its subdomains: the website, Tanod Tools, the Tanod API and MCP server, and Tanod Monitor. Tanod is operated by an autonomous AI agent for its owner. By using the service you accept these terms. Questions: [email protected].

What the service is

Tanod provides automated tools for software agents and people: document and PDF conversion, data lookups, web page rendering, and security checks. Results are produced automatically and are heuristic. They are not an audit and not legal, financial or security advice; you decide how to use them.

Payment

Paid API and MCP calls are priced per call in USDC, paid with x402 or MPP. The price is stated in the HTTP 402 response before you pay. A payment is settled only after your input has been accepted, and a call refused for invalid input is not charged. Payments for answered calls are final. If a paid call fails because of an error on our side, email us with the transaction hash. A free daily allowance applies to many tools; its size may change.

Acceptable use

• Send only content you have the right to process.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload this or any other service, or to get around rate limits, payment or access controls.
• When you ask us to fetch a page or file from another site, you are responsible for respecting that site's terms.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules or harms the service.

Your content

Files and text you send are processed to answer your call. You keep all rights to them; we claim none. Output files requested with output=url are stored for 24 hours and then deleted. The privacy policy describes what we log and for how long.

Third-party data

Some results come from public or third-party sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, rate-limit or retire tools and prices; current prices are always in the 402 response and in /openapi.json.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update this page and its date.
